Online ELA Teacher

Job Summary

Passionate and experienced educators will find a part-time contract opportunity as an Online ELA Teacher focused on teaching phonics, reading, and writing to students aged 4-15 in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach one-on-one trial sessions and small group classes, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences
• Manage a fixed schedule for regular classes, conducting lessons once a week for 18 weeks per semester
• Provide support and feedback to students to foster their literacy and critical thinking skills

Required qualifications

• English speaker from the US or Canada
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Education, English Language, or Literature
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience in ELA, reading, or writing courses
