Job Summary
A company is looking for an Online Event Support Agent to assist attendees during live online events.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer support using Freshdesk during live online events
- Attend pre-event meetings and coordinate coverage with the Event Agent Coordinator
- Provide technical support and escalate complex issues when necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience as a customer support agent is preferred
- Familiarity with meditation or dharma organizations is a bonus
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language proficiency is highly valued
- Proficient in using computer software and open to learning new tools
- Experience with cloud-based customer support software is a plus
