Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Integration Support Specialist to provide customer support for online booking tools and corporate travel software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for corporate online booking tools to meet client needs
- Assist with implementations and monitor Help Desk calls and emails
- Create/manage travel policies, conduct training, and complete other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience with Concur Travel corporate online booking software preferred
- Working knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Sabre
- Previous travel agency experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Agent experience is a plus but not required
