Online Finance Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

To support the Online Master of Science in Finance and Online MBA programs, the part-time Adjunct Faculty (Section Lead) will facilitate asynchronous course sections by engaging with students, grading assignments, and providing timely feedback in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate course sections by posting announcements, engaging in discussions, and offering weekly office hours
• Grade assignments and provide substantive feedback within specified timelines while monitoring student progress
• Communicate regularly with faculty and participate in weekly meetings to ensure course adherence and student success

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field, or an MBA with a concentration in finance
• Significant expertise and professional experience in finance-related fields
• Experience providing instruction to adult learners in academic or corporate settings
• Demonstrated excellence in digital communication and collaboration
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
