Job Summary
To support professionals relocating to Finland or working with Finnish teams, the part-time Online Finnish Teacher will conduct live 40- or 80-minute online classes at various levels from a remote location, focusing on providing expert guidance to motivated adult learners.
Key responsibilities
- Teach live online Finnish classes to adult learners at different proficiency levels
- Utilize provided materials and platform to enhance the learning experience
- Manage scheduling to accommodate personal availability and learner needs
Required qualifications
- Native or C2-level proficiency in Finnish
- A completed bachelor's degree
- At least 120 hours of language-teaching training (e.g., teaching degree, S2 qualification, CELTA/TEFL)
- Teaching experience, preferably with adults or corporate clients
- EU residency and ability to invoice as a freelancer
