Job Summary
Seeking a part-time Online Life Coaching Adjunct for the Graduate Program, this remote position will emphasize excellence in teaching, support online faculty, and foster student engagement through biblically informed coaching practices.
Key responsibilities
- Model and emphasize excellence in teaching while ensuring instruction aligns with the University's Christian worldview
- Supervise and mentor up to 30 online faculty members, providing support and guidance to enhance teaching effectiveness
- Encourage student excellence through appropriate evaluations and foster critical discussions on course-related issues
Required qualifications
- PhD or another doctoral degree in a qualifying area related to Life Coaching or Counseling
- Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care, neuroscience-informed care, health and wellness, or addiction
- Proven scholarly work and research ability in relevant fields
- Experience teaching at the college level is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS, and the Internet, with strong organizational skills
