Job Summary

Seeking dedicated educators, the part-time Adjunct Faculty (Section Lead) will facilitate asynchronous online course sections in the Online MBA program, engaging with students through announcements, discussion boards, and office hours while providing timely feedback on assignments in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate assigned course sections by posting announcements, engaging in discussions, and offering virtual office hours
• Monitor student progress, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and provide substantive feedback on assignments
• Collaborate with the Faculty Lead through weekly meetings and adhere to course design and grading guidelines

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree directly related to the discipline or a Bachelor's Degree with significant relevant experience
• Experience providing instruction to adult learners in academic or corporate settings
• Demonstrated excellence in digital communication and collaboration
