Job Summary
Dedicated to fostering student success, the full-time Online Mathematics Faculty member will teach undergraduate courses in an asynchronous online environment, design curriculum based on educational pedagogy, and mentor students while integrating a Christian worldview.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach full-time undergraduate mathematics courses delivered asynchronously through Canvas LMS
- Develop and refine online math coursework using contemporary educational pedagogy and evidence-based teaching strategies
- Provide timely feedback and maintain an active virtual presence to support student engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mathematics is required; a terminal degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) is preferred
- Demonstrated background or formal coursework in education and educational pedagogy
- Teaching experience in both traditional and online higher education settings
- Proficiency with the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) and digital instructional technology
- Must be a professing Christian with active involvement in a local church/community
