Job Summary
Seeking Psychology professionals, the part-time Online Psychology Adjunct Faculty will provide hands-on instruction in an engaging remote learning environment using the Canvas LMS, available evenings and weekends to support student success.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver practical instruction and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes
- Support students in a 5-week accelerated course format, addressing software or technical concerns as the first point of contact
- Participate in training and mentoring to develop teaching skills and improve instructional effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited institution
- 3-5 years of industry experience, with a preference for 10-15 years
- Experience teaching online or in a curriculum development role is a plus
- Familiarity with Canvas LMS is preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and a windows-based computer with a webcam that meets minimum requirements
