Job Summary
Passionate about empowering coaches, the full-time Online Training Manager will develop engaging online courses and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for a portfolio of youth enrichment brands in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee two LMS systems, facilitating content updates and user training
- Lead instructional design strategy, developing learning materials and online tracks for franchisees
- Act as a subject matter expert in adult learning, supporting the creation and launch of new training offerings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning technology, education, or adult learning
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online learning environments
- Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g., Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia)
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances to work in schools and childcare facilities
