Job Summary

An institute for higher education is filling a position for an Online Workforce Skills Assistant Faculty Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist in managing student communications
• Escalate unique issues to the lead instructor
• Assist with grading and providing feedback

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners
• Demonstrated effective time management skills
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail, initiative and follow-through
• Experience working with a diversity of learning styles
• Master's degree in education or MBA required
