Onshore Test Lead
Job Summary
Leading cross-functional onshore and offshore testing teams, the remote Onshore Test Lead will manage quality engineering efforts and oversee system integration testing for complex business applications on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate onshore and offshore testing teams to meet project deliverables
- Author, manage, and execute test scripts using Jira across complex testing scenarios
- Generate and present client-facing testing metrics, progress reports, and defect analytics to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Test Lead experience managing onshore and offshore resources
- 5+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation testing (Oracle CX ICM / Oracle Cloud preferred)
- Proven experience writing and executing test scripts and defect tracking in Jira
- Strong client-facing communication, leadership, and presentation skills
