Onsite Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Managing onsite operations and maintenance activities, the full-time Onsite O&M Services Specialist will prepare energy consumption reports, monitor monthly SLAs, and maintain various electrical equipment and systems at customer sites.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare energy consumption reports and shift schedules while monitoring monthly SLAs
- Perform maintenance on MV and LV switchgear, transformers, and control systems
- Execute troubleshooting and maintenance tasks for earthing systems and relay coordination
Required qualifications:
- BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in O&M of switchyards and machinery
- Experience with MV switchgear from brands like ABB, Siemens, and Areva
- Knowledge of battery bank maintenance and VCB/ACB control systems
- Familiarity with digitalization in grid and electrical systems
- Basic knowledge of HVDC and FACTS is a plus
