Job Summary
To support AI model training and evaluation for a leading AI lab, a freelance OpenFOAM Expert will review and annotate engineering datasets focused on OpenFOAM, applying strong expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in a remote capacity for 15-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Review and annotate engineering datasets to ensure technical accuracy in OpenFOAM applications
- Apply CFD expertise to explain necessary corrections and improvements in simulations
- Work independently on various engineering simulation projects across multiple domains
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenFOAM in different contexts or domains
- Knowledge of CFD simulation and analysis techniques
- Good understanding of general-purpose meshing software and workflows
- At least five years of relevant experience in CFD or closely related engineering simulation work
- Ability to work independently on complex engineering projects
