Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Operational Compliance Manager to lead compliance efforts across a remote property management platform, ensuring alignment with legal standards while assessing risks and implementing effective operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational compliance throughout the property management lifecycle, including leasing, resident management, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain compliance standards, procedures, and a risk-based monitoring program to identify and address compliance gaps
• Serve as the primary liaison for legal and compliance matters, collaborating with internal and external legal teams to implement guidance effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management compliance, operational compliance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of residential property management operations and relevant legal requirements
• Experience in evaluating operational processes and conducting compliance audits or investigations
• Demonstrated ability to build and improve compliance programs and training systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
