Operational Excellence Lead

Job Summary

Connecting long-term strategy with internal execution, the full-time Operational Excellence Lead will manage performance-versus-plan processes, facilitate cross-functional reviews, and drive data-driven decision-making in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the performance-versus-plan and OKR processes, defining outcomes, metrics, and reporting cadence across the organization
• Ensure trustworthy data is accessible for performance analysis and resource decision-making, supporting strategic initiatives with clear business cases
• Drive continuous improvement of organizational design and operational methodologies through data-driven insights and collaboration with leaders

Required Qualifications

• Senior operator experience in product management, product operations, or program management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Looker
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders
• Experience running OKR or performance-versus-plan processes at scale
• Background in government, public-sector, or mission-driven organizations is preferred
