Job Summary

Leading continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time Manager, Operational Excellence Automation will enhance operational efficiency, strengthen process governance, and deliver measurable business value while collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams in Shelton, CT.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational excellence initiatives to identify gaps and define improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Develop business cases, project charters, and dashboards to support operational transformation and continuous improvement programs
• Manage a portfolio of projects, balancing timelines and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems
• 3+ years of experience in leading Application/Power Platform Development teams or business transformation initiatives
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and optimizing processes
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and user-centered solution design
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and digital collaboration platforms
