Job Summary

The full-time Operational Excellence Delivery Partner KY will manage a portfolio of contracts to ensure effective service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Tracks performance and provides governance across a portfolio of contracts/projects, ensuring compliance and quality targets are met
• Leads project start-ups, expansions, and close-outs, developing turnaround plans for underperforming projects
• Supports the development and delivery of training programs to enhance operational performance and address skill gaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in operational training and development, process improvement, and frameworks for operational excellence
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for continuous improvement and action planning
• Experience with operational training design and delivery methodologies, including adult learning principles
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
