Operational Manager, Research

Job Summary

To support the Research and Operations Scandinavia team, the full-time Operational Manager, Research will manage research studies from development through completion, ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, and timelines in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to identify opportunities for real-world data and support evidence generation strategies
• Manage research projects, including Investigator-Initiated Studies and non-interventional studies, overseeing documentation, budget management, and compliance
• Provide guidance on scientific publication processes and contribute to the development of improved operational processes

Required qualifications

• Scientific background with a relevant degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role or as a medical advisor with close ties to research
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and current regulations governing clinical research
• Fluency in one Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple projects effectively
