Operational Manager, Research Operations

Job Summary

To support a dynamic research team, the full-time Operational Manager, Research Operations will manage research studies from development to completion, ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, and timelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to identify and address local evidence gaps in real-world data
• Manage research projects, including Investigator-Initiated Studies and non-interventional studies, from planning through completion
• Provide guidance on contract negotiations, vendor selection, and the scientific publication process

Required qualifications

• Scientific background with a relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role or as a medical advisor
• Current knowledge of regulations governing clinical research and ICH/GCP guidelines
• Fluency in one Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively
