Operational Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the optimization and expansion of the Verint platform, the full-time Operational Project Manager will manage projects to ensure system-wide stability, oversee onboarding of new groups, and drive strategic initiatives within Care Access and Service Integration, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall coordination and execution of Verint platform projects, aligning them with organizational goals
• Oversee the lifecycle of the Verint platform, ensuring stability and leading the onboarding of new operational groups
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements across contact center workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Five years of project management experience, including two years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Demonstrated experience with Verint implementation and contact center workflows
• Proven ability to define project scope and manage execution through completion
• Experience onboarding new business units onto an enterprise platform
