Operational Readiness Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Ramp Up Network (RUN) in a full-time capacity, the Operational Readiness Specialist will lead onboarding activities, provide training support, and ensure the successful transition of seasonal Tax Experts from new hire through production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support assigned cohorts of Tax Experts throughout onboarding, training, nesting, and transition to production
• Conduct regular new-hire check-ins, monitor engagement and attendance, and provide coaching or escalation when concerns arise
• Track onboarding and training completion, ensuring employees remain on schedule for readiness requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• EA - Enrolled Agent preferred
• Relevant experience in tax preparation, training, onboarding, coaching, or people development
• Demonstrated tax expertise, particularly in individual tax preparation and complex scenarios
• Leadership or coaching experience in a high-volume tax or customer experience environment
