Operational Reporting Data Analyst

Job Summary

Contributing to data management and reporting processes, the full-time Associate Operational Reporting & Data Analyst will gather data, prepare reports, and implement process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ad hoc reporting for business operations and monitor recurring reports
• Perform modifications on existing reports based on changing business requirements
• Gather and analyze data to ensure accurate and repeatable reporting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 1 year of experience in operational reporting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) preferred
• Demonstrated PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
