Operational Reporting Data Analyst

Job Summary

Contributing to data-driven decision-making, the full-time Operational Reporting Data Analyst will gather data, prepare reports, and implement process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize departmental databases to conduct analysis and deliver business intelligence reports
• Collaborate with business areas to define requirements for custom data reporting and execute testing processes
• Identify and improve existing business processes through data validation and quality control measures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Two years of experience in operational reporting and data analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Access and SQL Server
• Experience with data manipulation, analysis, and ad hoc reporting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate data findings effectively
