Job Summary
Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Operational Resilience Manager, responsible for developing and enhancing a global Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework, conducting Business Impact Assessments, and leading crisis management initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement Paymentology's global Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework
- Lead Business Impact Assessments to evaluate the impact of service disruptions and map critical business services
- Coordinate resilience testing programs and manage the global crisis management framework
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity or Operational Resilience roles within regulated environments
- Proven experience in designing and implementing resilience frameworks, not just maintaining existing processes
- Strong knowledge of Business Impact Assessments and recovery prioritization methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FCA Operational Resilience and ISO 22301
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex initiatives
