Operational Risk Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the identification and assessment of key risks within Enterprise Business Operations Services, the full-time Operational Risk Analyst will perform data analysis, assist with reporting and documentation, and promote effective operational and compliance risk management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the identification and assessment of operational, regulatory, compliance, and initiative-level risks
- Assist with data analysis to identify risk trends, control gaps, and emerging risk indicators
- Prepare routine risk reports, dashboards, and metrics using established frameworks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business management, or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of experience in business process, risk identification, control implementation, or data analysis, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of risks and controls related to healthcare claims preferred
