Operational Risk Officer

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of the bank's Risk Management framework, the full-time Operational Risk Officer will manage risk governance, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with business units to ensure compliance and a strong risk culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Represents the Second Line of Defense by providing credible challenge to management and participating in risk governance committees
• Conducts risk assessments across business lines, identifying emerging risks and control gaps while overseeing key risks and controls
• Coordinates quarterly operational risk reports for executive management and supports regulatory examinations and internal audits

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Risk Management for a mid-large sized organization
• Prior experience in financial services
• University degree preferred
