Job Summary

To support proactive business solutions, the full-time Operational Solutions Manager will manage account priorities, establish vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish vendor relationships and identify lab decision-makers to facilitate engagement
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance and high-quality service
• Track progress and manage multiple projects while maintaining open communication with leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, life sciences, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience
• Experience in implementing business solutions and managing challenging situations
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships
• Experience managing timelines, projects, and documentation in a fast-paced environment
