Job Summary

To support complex engineering initiatives and federal project opportunities, the full-time Operational Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional collaboration, drive project execution, and establish scalable processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of engineering projects, ensuring visibility of deliverables, milestones, and timelines
• Partner with technical leaders to develop and maintain integrated project plans and execution roadmaps
• Establish clear communication mechanisms for project progress, risks, and decision-making across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Engineering Operations, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs involving engineering teams
• Strong experience with project planning, dependency management, and risk management
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience building and improving operational processes and workflows
