Operational Technology Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and management of operational technology infrastructure, the full-time remote Operational Technology Manager will oversee the design, deployment, and security of industrial networks and smart manufacturing technologies to support manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the OT network infrastructure strategy and roadmap
- Design, deploy, and support industrial Ethernet networks and ensure reliable communication between various systems
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to protect OT environments and support compliance with security frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years supporting infrastructure, networking, or OT environments
- 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role
- Experience in manufacturing environments and supporting industrial control systems
- Strong understanding of industrial Ethernet, networking technologies, and OT cybersecurity
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and remote access technologies
