Job Summary
To support the Defense Logistics Agency's Operational Energy Applications program, the fully remote Operational Technology Security Engineer will apply specialized information assurance expertise to OT systems, focusing on integrating OT processes with information systems to address security challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform project tasks related to specialized information assurance problems within operational technology (OT) systems
- Integrate OT processes and methodologies with information systems to resolve total-system and technology issues related to information assurance (IA) requirements
- Provide security engineering support throughout the planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of OT systems
Required Qualifications
- Seven (7) years of relevant operational technology experience
- Must possess an IT-II security clearance or hold a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of application
- Relevant certification meeting DoD 8570.01 IAM Level II, such as CISSP or CISM
- Hands-on experience with Modbus/TCP, EtherNet/IP, IEC 61850, ICCP, DNP3, BACnet, and other OT protocols
