Operational Technology Security Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Operational Technology Security Lead, this role will manage cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing, laboratory, and operational technology environments, partnering with various teams to assess risks and implement security controls in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate OT cybersecurity initiatives and risk assessments across operational environments
• Provide expertise and guidance on OT security for projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Enhance OT security capabilities, including network segmentation and secure remote access, while driving continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technology disciplines within regulated environments
• Experience with quality, safety, or compliance requirements in manufacturing or laboratory settings
• Ability to communicate technical risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
