Operational Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Operational Transformation Manager will focus on medical bill routing processes, evaluate workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions across various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation and stabilization
• Evaluate current-state workflows related to medical bill routing and identify opportunities for greater efficiency
• Develop future-state workflows, implementation plans, and success measures for transformation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 years of related experience in claim reporting or workers compensation/managed care
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure with little to no supervision
