Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Order Operations team, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will manage the end of the sale cycle by maintaining Salesforce contract data, fulfilling licenses, invoicing customers, and ensuring timely product shipment while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and fulfill customer orders and requests within SLAs while providing excellent customer service
• Create and maintain accurate order contracts, accounts within invoicing portals, and software licenses
• Manage inventory requirements and assist sales and finance teams with customer issues and invoicing tasks

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment processing
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently while collaborating with a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems to meet KPIs
