Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Monitoring fulfillment systems during evening hours, the part-time Systems Operations Analyst will investigate order issues, utilize AI-assisted coding tools for troubleshooting, and support feature development while working remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor fulfillment systems, integrations, and site requests during evening hours
- Investigate stuck or failed orders, inventory mismatches, and shipping issues using SQL and AI-assisted tools
- Utilize AI-assisted coding to make small fixes and build scripts in Python/Django
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related field
- Exposure to fulfillment, warehouse, or supply chain operations through internships, co-ops, or coursework
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude or Cursor
- Working knowledge of SQL and basic familiarity with Python
- A willingness to learn and an ambition to grow within the role
