Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and optimization of third-party tools, the full-time Operations Analyst will manage performance metrics, conduct gap analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational workflows while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis to assess the effectiveness of third-party tools and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align processes and training with tool adoption, focusing on quality and productivity enhancements
• Create and manage reporting to track usage and performance of tools, presenting analysis and recommendations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the insurance or restoration industry
• Extensive knowledge of Verisk and/or Cotality Tools (e.g., Xactimate, Estimate, XactXpert)
• Experience as a property claims adjuster or in reviewing/writing estimates in the restoration industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze complex data
