Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Operations Analyst will produce reports on collected data, perform processing on cost reporting data, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Produce reports on collected data within mandated time frames
• Perform multiple levels of processing on cost reporting data
• Collaborate with colleagues to create clean, standardized data for cost reporting templates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in business, accounting, social work, public policy, or related fields
• 1+ years of analytical work experience in an office or corporate environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Teams, and Word
• Familiarity with database software is a plus
