Job Summary
Ensuring the accuracy of contracts and billing data, the full-time Operations Analyst will review won deals, collaborate with Sales and Project Management for customer setup, and manage ongoing contract and billing processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Quality-check won opportunities and quotes in Salesforce against signed agreements, resolving discrepancies with Sales
- Set up and validate contracts and billing data in ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy against Salesforce
- Provide detailed financial information and analysis to the Finance department, including contract structures and project statuses
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, revenue operations, contract administration, sales operations, or account management
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
- Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to check work against source documents
- Comfort in a dynamic environment with evolving processes
