Job Summary
Supporting the Office of Health Informatics, the full-time Operations Analyst will design and implement decision-making models, provide program management and communications support, and facilitate meetings for EHRM Tier 1 SME Teams within the Veterans Health Administration.
Key responsibilities
- Track EHR Council actions and escalate identified risks while contributing to complex issue resolution
- Drive rapid decision-making within Tier 1 of the Tiered Resolution Pathway and provide status updates to leadership
- Support strategic communications and change management efforts, including developing outreach materials and maintaining a comprehensive communications plan
Required qualifications
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to interact and engage with executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain a public trust clearance
