Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will manage data and revenue operations tasks, including account lookups, content mapping updates, and carrier reconciliation data entry, while supporting the operations and leadership team in enhancing data governance and business analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform account lookups and update content mapping templates as requested
- Support carrier commission reconciliation and maintain reference documentation
- Audit monthly production reports for accuracy and assist in updating revenue forecast models
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1-2 years' experience in operations, data entry, business analysis, finance, or a related role (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity about data and process improvement
