Job Summary
To enhance operational excellence in Individual Dental Operations, the full-time remote Operations Analytics Advisor will develop actionable insights, scalable reporting, and automated solutions by partnering with various business teams to improve performance visibility and support informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop analyses and insights to support strategic planning and operational decision-making
- Lead the creation and optimization of operational reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to enhance performance visibility
- Design and implement automated reporting and workflow solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, or a related discipline
- At least two years of experience in healthcare analytics, operational reporting, or performance management
- Experience in developing and managing performance reports and dashboards for business partners
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with analytics or automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
