Job Summary

Managing multiple operational projects, the full-time Operations and Project Manager will oversee initiatives and administrative tasks, collaborating with leadership and teams to improve processes and support day-to-day operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple operational projects from planning through completion
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Coordinate with leadership, brand teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain accountability and progress

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business operations
• Franchise multi-brand or multi-location experience preferred
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
• Experience with AI, automation, or project management tools preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
