Operations Associate
Job Summary
To support the Sample Operations team, the full-time Operations Associate will carry out audience, sample, and fieldwork tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of research projects while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Run feasibility checks, audience builds, and fieldwork setup for assigned requests, adhering to SOPs and SLAs
- Coordinate with sample suppliers and escalate issues to team leads when necessary, ensuring clear communication with customers
- Maintain data integrity, suggest process improvements, and participate in training and team initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, market research, or a related field; recent graduates are welcome
- Comfortable with data and proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with survey platforms or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
