Operations Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Operations Professional Services Consultant, the candidate will deliver middle and back office operational services, onboard new functionalities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational processes and procedures while onboarding new functionalities and asset classes
• Provide operational consulting and execution support for projects such as client onboarding and fund launches
• Conduct operational reviews to ensure optimal configuration and efficient workflows for client environments

Required qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in financial services, Hedge Fund, or financial technology within middle or back office operations
• Strong understanding of instrument valuation across various asset classes including equities and fixed income
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes including execution, settlement, and reconciliation
• Familiarity with buy side PMS/IBOR/ABOR systems, preferably SS&C products
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds
