Job Summary

Providing critical insights through data management, the full-time Operations Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret clinical, organizational, and financial metrics, supporting strategic decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data across departments and develop procedures for effective data management
• Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights for cross-departmental use
• Collaborate with teams to identify business needs and define new data collection processes

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree required plus two years of relevant experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• One year of financial/data analysis experience in a healthcare organization preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL are required
• Experience in data entry and report writing support is necessary
