Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst, the remote full-time position will analyze servicing and collections performance, build automated reports, and apply AI tools to drive efficiency and support operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze performance metrics across servicing, collections, and application funnels
- Build and maintain automated reports for lending partners and stakeholders
- Identify performance gaps and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data model development
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Experience working with AI/ML tools or implementing AI-driven solutions
