Job Summary
Leading the centralized Operations Analytics team, the full-time remote Operations Data Manager will manage operational data to provide insights and recommendations that shape strategic decisions across various departments, while developing a high-performing team of analysts.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and evolve the team's operating model for analytics requests and delivery
- Hire, onboard, and develop Operations Data Analysts while setting clear goals and quality standards
- Partner with operational leaders to define KPIs, track performance, and design reporting solutions
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Operations Analytics
- 1+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with Snowflake and familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions
- Proficiency in HEX, Tableau, or Grafana for creating intuitive dashboards
