Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction and operational excellence of Managed Services, the full-time Operations Director will drive customer satisfaction, optimize internal processes, and manage multiple teams remotely while collaborating with sales and engineering stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or service delivery management experience with multi-project programs
- 8+ years of project and program management experience
- 8+ years of relationship and team management experience
- 6+ years of progressive IT experience with 4+ years overseeing IT operations delivery
- Experience in IT Service Management or operations improvement preferred
