Operations Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the operational financial performance of assigned projects, the full-time remote Operations Finance Analyst will develop forecasts, analyze financial trends, and provide actionable insights to project and operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own recurring project financial reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews for assigned scope
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, cash flow, and productivity trends while developing and maintaining project forecasts
• Identify financial risks and opportunities early, quantifying potential impacts and recommending actions to project managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Three to six years of progressive finance, accounting, project controls, or project-based analytical experience
• Working knowledge of project accounting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and cost management
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
• Ability to communicate financial results and risks clearly to non-financial stakeholders
