Operations Fulfillment Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the onboarding and renewal of group health plans, the full-time Operations Fulfillment Analyst will review and validate implementation documentation for various health products while collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate new business and renewal documentation for accuracy and implementation readiness
• Partner with Sales to resolve documentation issues and ensure cases achieve In Good Order (IGO) status
• Manage case activity within VISTA, including documentation, status updates, and readiness reviews

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of account management, sales, and/or client service experience
• Strong technical proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
